The mission at Settlement is to seek out the most distinguished parcels of fruit from some of Marlborough’s finest organic vineyards and create four wines that reflect the diverse plots of land within this famed region. By choosing exceptional vineyard sites little is required in the winery. The purity of fruit and flavor is nurtured in the vineyard, and the delicate variations of each season are embraced in such a way that little intervention required.
