What Ray’s Pouring Now

Food & Wine Executive Wine Editor Ray Isle shared his favorite things to drink this summer in the publication’s August issue, including Bonanto Aperitivo. He explains, “Made by a sommelier and two mixologists in Barcelona, this new Spanish aperitivo makes a killer spritz.” His go-to combo has been “two parts Bonanto, one part Cava, and a splash of seltzer.” He further explains that each bottling is comprised of more than 30 botanicals, such as thyme, bay leaf, citrus and Spanish cherry.
