François Matton and his brother Jean-Etienne are the owners, viticulturists and winemakers at Château Minuty. Established in 1936, Minuty was one of the original 18 classified growths in Provence and since then has reached unimaginable heights in worldwide distribution, representing the finest quality the region has to offer.
